PinTail™ Anchors

PinTail™ anchors for Nucor’s Vulcraft/Verco Group Dovetail decks offer multiple hanging and bracing solutions suitable for a wide variety of needs including sprinklers, mechanical and electrical components, HVAC systems, architectural finishes, and more.

PinTail™ anchors are available with a variety of thread sizes for 2-inch deep (2.0DS-30 FL or 2.0DF-30 FL) and 3.5-inch deep (3.5DS-24 FL or 3.5DF-24 FL) Vulcraft/Verco Dovetail decks with concrete fill. This variety allows for flexibility to meet specific project hanging and bracing needs.

PinTail™ anchors are easy to design, safe to install, installed and/or relocated without drilling after concrete placement, with the strength required to meet your project requirements.

PinTail™ Anchor Advantages

No Drilling,  No Isolation and No Cleanup Required: With PinTail™ anchors there's no need for isolation when drilling into concrete which simplifies the installation process, reduces the risk of errors and eliminates the need for drilling or post-installation cleanup. This feature streamlines the installation process and minimizes disruption to the construction site.

Visual Inspection: Each PinTail™ comes with a compressible lock washer that is used to verify adequate torque has been applied to the nut.  When the lock washer is fully compressed, installation is complete.
