Our affiliate engineers in China and India will work closely with our approved vendors to coordinate tooling and provide quality control inspections to ensure conformance to customer specifications. The Ningbo facility is also equipped with a full test lab to perform both dimensional and mechanical testing including tensile, proof load and hardness. Quality control in our overseas locations as well as each domestic distribution center makes it more efficient to fix defects to determine the root cause of any potential defects in the manufacturing process.
This ensures that any discovered issues that arise are remedied and do not allow the return of the issue.
