1-3-1/2 Coil Eye Nut

The eye nut is cast in ductile iron with coil threads and is intended to be used with Coil Rod that has been cut to the proper length.

These Coil Eye Nuts are designed to only be used in straight tensile loading only. Pulling or Lifting at an angle will result in greatly reduced Safe Working Loads and is not recommended. Using a coil eye nut eliminates the need to stock many different eye bolt lengths.

 To make a permanent length eye bolt, a certified welder can join the coil rod to the Eye Nut. The welded coil eye nut and coil rod is typically used to lift and move concrete pieces.
